The site is basically open 24 hours a day every day of the year. We might occasionally close the store due to maintenance.
You can therefore always make purchases when the store is available online.
To shop at WWW.PRND.SITE you must be 18 years of age and have a valid debit card of one of the card types we accept at the site.

The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods have been shipped from our warehouse.
All prices at WWW.PRND.SITE are stated in EURO, and include 25% VAT.  Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

The communication between the payment system Epay and NETS and you as a cardholder, takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). This means that neither WWW.PRND.SITE nor others have access to the data being exchanged during payment.

Confidentiality also applies when subscribing to our newsletter, which will only be used for marketing and relevant news.

SHIPPING
The items are sent with the Carrier you select on PRND.site, and you will receive an e-mail when the item(s) are shipped from our stock.
The expected delivery time is between 2 to 4 days.

The price of shipping is added to the price of the purchased items.

RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE
When exchanging and returning a purchase, you as a customer pay for the shipping costs and any import taxes due when re-importing the goods back into Denmark. We are happy to help you with advice and guidance on sizes and details about return shipping. Write to info@prnd.site, and you will be contacted within 1-2 working days. 

You may return your purchase within 14 days. For a full refund of the price of the returned items, they mut be unworn, unaltered(including smell) and with original tags still attached.

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act (In Danish: Købeloven), PRND offers you a right of complaint on all purchases for 24 months from your day of purchase. The right of complaint means that you can complain within 24 months of purchase, about errors and defects in the product.
You must complain within a reasonable time after such an error or defect is or should have been detected. Should your complaint be ruled justifiable, we also reimburse your incurred shipping costs for return of the item, according to the tariffs of our transport provider Postnord.

CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF ORDER
When you have placed a successful order for one or more items on WWW.PRND.SITE, you will be directed automatically to our confirmation page “Thank you for your order”. This means that we have successfully received your order and will begin to prepare the packaging and shipping. As already mentioned, the purchase sum is only withdrawn from your bank account when the package has been shipped from our warehouse.

SOLD OUT ITEMS/RESERVATION
Occasionally, not all variants, sizes and models are in stock. Sold out items are clearly marked in the web shop.
We are happy to take reservations for sold out items and strive to deliver backorders as quickly as possible.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS IN CASE OF DATA ERRORS
While we do our utmost to always have updated stock numbers and product prices, errors can occur.

In this unlikely case, we reserve the right to cancel your order. 

We will of course inform you of the cause of the cancellation and do our very best to find a replacement product for you.
